Sunscape Puerto Plata is a family all inclusive resort on a natural beach. Sunscape is located in a gated complex with a shopping plaza and golf course.
Things to like:
- Large pool
- 4 a la carte restaurants
- Teen and kids' programs
Things you may not like:
- WiFi is only free in the lobby for regular rooms
- The resort is older and some areas appear dated.
I recommend booking Sun Club for a shaded beach area, included WiFi, and access to private Sun Club areas. Sun Club has two sections: adults only and family. The adults-only section has a small pool and lounge with snacks. The family section has a pool and restaurant.
