Sandals Negril is an adults only all inclusive resort on Seven Mile Beach. It has two larger beach areas on each side of the resort. This is a great resort if you want to feel pampered or love the beach.

You can book one of their large well appointed millionaire or swim up suites that include butler service. The millionaire suites offer complete privacy with a private patio and pool.

Sandals Royal Plantation is a charming all Butler suite adults only all inclusive resort near Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It has four restaurants:

• The Terrace is the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each day has a theme for the dinner. It may be an a la carte menu or a special buffet.

• Le Papillion is the French restaurant. It requires reservations and it was the best meal I've ever had at an all inclusive resort.

• The Royal Grill is available for beachfront dining for lunch or dinner. Dinner requires reservations and it's Caribbean themed.

• Wobbly Peacock is the pub. The pub opens at 10 am and food service begins at 3:00 pm. Definitely try the mozzarella sticks.

This is a resort if you are looking for quiet relaxation. We loved having a butler and how easy everything was. A couple of days we took the shuttle over to Sandals Ochi to enjoy the more active swim up bar and try one of the 17 restaurants over there.

Now Onyx Family All Inclusive Dominican Republic Resort Tour

Now Onyx is a family all inclusive resort about 45 minutes from the Punta Cana airport. A huge thank you to Apple Vacations for sponsoring my visit.

The resort has a great pool. As of July 2019, three more restaurants and new two and three bedroom suites plus a new Explorers Club and Core Zone were under construction. The pool had a fun vibe with several activities taking place. The Barefoot Grill was a great place for a casual lunch.

Royalton Negril Family All Inclusive Jamaica Resort Tour & Royalton Hideaway Negril Adults Only

Royalton Negril is a family all inclusive resort. Hideaway is the adults only section. All the resort restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating - a great perk for those of us who get a little sweaty. The family side has a good beach. The Hideaway side has a snorkeling cove. Each room has a jacuzzi tub. It's an open bathroom but can be closed off by a curtain. The family side has a kids' club and a teen's area.
