Sandals
Royal Plantation is a charming all Butler suite adults only all
inclusive resort near Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It has four restaurants:
- The
Terrace is the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Each day has a theme for the dinner. It may be an a la carte menu or a
special buffet.
- Le Papillion is the French
restaurant. It requires reservations and it was the best meal I've ever
had at an all inclusive resort.
- The Royal Grill is available for beachfront dining for lunch or dinner. Dinner requires reservations and it's Caribbean themed.
- Wobbly Peacock is the pub. The pub opens at 10 am and food service begins at 3:00 pm. Definitely try the mozzarella sticks.
This
is a resort if you are looking for quiet relaxation. We loved having a
butler and how easy everything was. A couple of days we took the shuttle
over to Sandals Ochi to enjoy the more active swim up bar and try one
of the 17 restaurants over there.
