Universal Studios Orlando Loew's Royal Pacific Resort

Royal Pacific is one of my personal favorite places to stay at Universal Studios Orlando.

Here's why:
- Like all deluxe resorts, an Unlimited Express Pass is included in your stay.
- It's only a 10 minute walk or boat ride to City Walk.
- The pool area is relaxing with great service.
- Jake's American Bar stays open late for a late dinner, snack or cocktail.
- It's a short walk to the two restaurants at Sapphire Falls.

It also doesn't hurt that it is usually the least expensive of the deluxe resorts at Universal Studios Orlando.

Grand Canyon Railway Package Review

The Grand Canyon Railway offers a great way to see the Grand Canyon without the hassle of fighting the crowds or driving.

You stay in Williams, Arizona and then take the train into Grand Canyon Village. You can choose to stay overnight in Grand Canyon Village or head back to Williams, Arizona the same day.

The hotels in the packages are simple and clean. The included meals are buffets that include gluten free and vegetarian options. This time, we stayed one night in the canyon. Next time, we would stay two to be able to hike a little deeper into the canyon. One thing to be aware of is the elevation. We noticed it was hard to catch our breath at times. We also had to drink a lot more water than usual because of the dry climate.

This video gives you a glimpse into what a weekend stay is like. When you are ready to book, email me or set up a time to chat

Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive Resort Tour

Fiesta Americana Cozumel is a family friendly all inclusive resort on the island of Cozumel just off the coast of Mexico.

Fiesta Americana Cozumel offers seven restaurants including three a la carte: Asian, Mexican, and Italian.  All the rooms face the ocean. Fiesta Americana Cozumel hosts beach parties at night. The beach is across the road from the resort, but it's a quiet road used only by the resorts in this area. No pool or beach service so you'll have to grab your own drinks. The beach club has a buffet, seafood shack and hamburger grill. To get into the water, you'll need to climb down some rocky stairs.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun Review

Hyatt Zilara Cancun is an adults only all inclusive in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.

Some highlights of this resort:
  • Infinity pool that connects to a Swim Up Bar
  • Pool and Beach volleyball
  • Great restaurants and service
  • Beautiful beach with clear water
I hosted my 40th birthday trip here and everyone had a great time. I like this resort for groups. It's easy to find each other around the pool or beach, but still large enough that you can have some private time if you want. I also liked there's no Preferred Club or exclusive areas. Those in our group who wanted a suite could take advantage of the larger room, reserved beach cabana, and exclusive access to the Chef's Plate restaurant without feeling like they were separate from everyone in the group.

Check out the resort tour below and when you are ready to book, email me or set up a time to chat.

Explorean All Inclusive Resort Cozumel

Explorean Cozumel  is the all inclusive resort for people who don't like all inclusive resorts.

Explorean Cozumel all inclusive resort has 56 rooms.  Cozumel is an island off the eastern coast of Mexico. You can fly in directly or take a ferry from Cancun or Playa del Carmen.

One restaurant offers all three meals focused on local dishes with a menu that changes nightly. You pour your own drinks. You make your own smoothies. "Room service" is a cute basket filled with continental breakfast.

The highlight is the quiet and the included daily activity. You sign up when you check in and then each day you head out to explore the island.

The resort isn't on the beach, but shares a beach club with Fiesta Americana located just in front of Xplorean. It's a family resort, but it's recommended the kids be over the age of 10 to fully participate in the included activities.
