San Juan is the capital and largest city of Puerto Rico,
located on the island’s northern coast along the Atlantic Ocean. It’s one of
the oldest European-established cities in the Americas, founded in 1521 by
Spanish colonists. Some Caribbean cruises start and end here and it’s also a
popular stop on many cruise line itineraries.

San Juan has two ports: Old San Juan has 4 piers and Pan American has two
piers. Cruise ships visiting for the day usually use the Old San Juan piers.
