TRS Yucatan Review 2019

I thought you might be interested in this email and photos I got from Kim about her stay at TRS Yuactan. Don't worry, she said I could share!

The trip was just lovely.

The service level at TRS was great. There were so many people making sure we were ok. I can't remember all of their names! Check in was smooth complete with champagne. The resort was beautiful. Our butler even found us a fan to make the room more comfortable. I loved that the wristband was also the room key. The room was nice; very comfortable and it had a lovely view.

The dinner show Chic, was outstanding....so much fun. high energy. We need tickets for that but very worth it.

It wasn't a deal breaker but it was a little odd that wine wasn't included. I did like that most restaurants had a signature drink they offered. The food was good. We didn't need reservations for any dinner...that might be the time of year. We noticed the place wasn't very crowded and even the flights were not full.

Frontier Airlines was solid. I liked that we could get a little more room when we booked the seats (thank you for your help with that!); No issues with flights either way.

The tour to tulum and the cenotes was incredible. The guides were knowledgeable and fun. I was a little nervous at first about the cenote swim, but the guide checked in with me several times. It was a great experience and I am so glad we did that.

 

 

That is all I can think of right now. We are mulling over the next vacation so as so as we have a direction we will let you know.
