A couple weeks ago, Disney announced a new Club Villian at Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World beginning December 5, 2015. Starting January 16, 2016, Club Villian will host a special event. "This special-ticket event, offered only on select evenings,
will feature musical numbers with the help of a DJ, as well as appearances by the divas of evil – Maleficent, Queen of Hearts, Cruella De Vil, and the Evil Queen. Throughout the evening, your Clients can enjoy fiendish concoctions from the Potions Bar and savor culinary delights from New Orleans while they mingle with the villains and dance the night away!"
Shrek is coming to Mexico
DreamWorks has received the initial green light to build a $800 million amusement park in Riviera Maya - south of Cancun, Mexico. Construction could begin as early as next year. According to Travel Weekly, "The amusement park is expected to feature rides, theaters, restaurants
and retail shops, and will have a bounty of appearances and themes from
DreamWorks’ roster of popular animated characters, including stars of
hit movies like “Shrek,” "Kung Fu Panda” and “Madagascar.”
Jimmy Fallon is coming to Universal Studios Orlando
In 2017, Jimmy Fallon will have its own ride - Race Through New York staring Jimmy Fallon. The current attraction- Twister - has closed to make room for the new ride. Rumor is that it will be a 3D Experience similar to the Transformer and Harry Potter rides.
